list: rainy day activities

April 25, 2011

Love this list from Inside Vancouver Blog for things to do on a rainy day in Vancouver (and there are a lot of them!).

  • Culinary tour of the Granville Island Public Market with Edible British Columbia.
  • Bloedel Floral Conservatory at Queen Elizabeth Park
  • High tea by the fire at Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge in the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa.
  • Guided rainforest walking tour and gourmet picnic lunch in Lighthouse Park with Rockwood Adventures.
  • Warm up with a delicious bowl of hearty soup at Burgoo Bistro.
  • Museum of Anthropology exhibits and collections (Arthur Erickson’s spectacular glass and concrete building gives the collection of majestic totem poles freedom to tower).
